The Northern Quarter is home to some of the quirkiest bars, restaurants and shops the city has to offer and is now welcoming its most eccentric residential development yet, Transmission House. This striking 8-story tower contains 183 unique apartments and penthouses, supported by additional communal facilities such as a remarkable rooftop garden, internal shared courtyard, secure bike store and 24/7 concierge service and reception.Standing in the heart of Manchester’s official, ‘Creative District’, we wanted to create a development that embodied everything Northern Quarter represents, community, innovation, originality, and independence. Our revolutionary new venture is the first of its kind in Manchester’s creative corner andoffers a distinctive way of living, this side of town. Straddled perfectly between the two main train stations, main city centre and prosperous neighbourhood, Ancoats, life at Transmission House allows residents to taste everything Manchester has to offer, right on their doorsteps.

#2 The Ivy, Spinningfields

In recent years, Manchester and Salford’s housing market has expanded and evolved across all corners of the city. This drastic expansion has led to an increase of renters and buyers, all of whom are fighting to secure the most lavish homes the city centre has to offer. It was our vision, when designing the 399 apartments, seven townhouses and lavish amenities at LOCAL Crescent, to create a safe, secure, and innovative new way of living for all our tenants and buyers. We wanted to build an exclusive community within the culturally-rich, Salford district dubbed, ‘The Crescent’, where residents can benefit from beautiful surrounding parkland, unravelled views across the River Irwell and easy access to key developments such as Salford University and MediaCityUK.
