Our Fees
  • No upfront costs - Landlords will not be expected to pay anything until a tenant has been found
  • No Tenant Application Fees
  • Competitive 9% Management Fee + VAT = 10.8%
  • Small £480 inc VAT Tenant Find Fee (Only taken from the first month’s rent)
  • £60 inc VAT Tenancy Renewal Fee
